摘　　要：目的:研究分析我国的卫生服务现状,对我国卫生事业的发展情况进行合理化的总结。方法:通过查阅文献、分析数据,对我国的卫生费用、卫生资源、国民健康水平、城乡卫生情况进行描述性对比分析研究。结果:我国的卫生费用占GDP的比例偏低,低于其他一些发达国家,政府卫生费用占卫生总费用的比重不足30%,城乡卫生费用支出存在差距,整体呈现不平衡的态势。我国的卫生资源相对于基数较大的人口,无法满足群众的需要,卫生资源配置不均衡,利用率低。国民健康水平整体发展形势良好,城乡之间存在较大差距。结论:中国应在加大卫生投入的基础上,合理配置有限的卫生资源,使卫生资源发挥最大效益;在提高国民健康水平的同时,缩小城乡之间医疗服务质量的差距。Objective： To analyze the current situation of health service in China, and to make a reasonable summary of the development of health industry in China. Methods： Descriptive comparative analysis was carried out on health expenditure, health resources, national health level, and urban and rural hygiene in China by consulting literature and analyzing data. Results： Health costs in China as a proportion of GDP are low, and are lower than some other developed countries. The government health expenditure is less than 30% of the total health expenses. There is the health expense gap between urban and rural areas, which presents unbalanced state as a whole. The health resources in China are not enough to meet people＇s needs; The allocation of health resources is unbalanced and the utilization rate is low. The overall development of the national health level is good, but there is a large gap between urban and rural areas. Conclusion： Limited health resources in China should be rationally allocated on the basis of increasing health input so as to maximize the benefits of health resources. When improving the national health level, we should narrow the gap between the quality of medical service between urban and rural areas.
