摘  要:以河南中医药大学为例,从人才培养目标的确定,课程结构体系的设计以及以学生为中心的教学理念的树立等维度,对医药院校市场营销专业卓越营销人才培养模式的构建进行了系统的阐述,认为完善营销人才培养应当以提升学生的综合素养和专业能力为出发点和着力点,提出了人才培养模式实施的基础和保障。Taking Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine as an example, this paper systematically expounded the construction of the training mode of the outstanding marketing talents in the marketing specialty of medical colleges and universities from the determination of the goal of personnel training, the design of the curriculum structure system and the establishment of the student-centered teaching philosophy and other dimensions. It is recognized that to improve marketing personnel training, we should focus on improving students' comprehensive quality and professional ability, and put forward the foundation and guarantee of the implementation of the talent training model.
