摘　　要：目的 探讨结肠镜检查患者肠道准备不依从的影响因素,为提高患者依从性提供循证依据.方法 应用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对2017年1—4月在苏州市3所三级甲等医院消化内镜中心进行结肠镜检查的16例肠道准备不佳患者进行半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi分析方法对访谈资料进行整理和分析.结果 通过访谈将肠道准备不依从的影响因素归纳为忽视严格遵守肠道准备的重要性、无法耐受肠道准备的过程、缺乏专业的肠道准备知识3个主题.结论 为了提升结肠镜检查患者的肠道准备依从性,医务人员一方面应正确引导患者认识肠道准备的重要性并保证其充分掌握具体要求,另一方面应积极努力改善患者的肠道准备耐受性.Objective To explore the factors affecting non-compliance in bowel preparation for patients undergoing colonoscopy and to provide evidence for improving patients＇compliance. Methods Guided by the phenomenological research method, semi-structured interviews were performed among 16 patients who had poor bowel preparation for colonoscopy at the digestive endoscopy center in 3 Class m Grade A hospitals in Suzhou from January to April 2017. The data were analyzed by Colaizzi analysis method. Results Through the interviews, the factors influencing bowel preparation compliance were summed up into 3 themes： the neglect of the importance of strict compliance with bowel preparation, the inability to tolerate bowel preparation, and lack of specialized knowledge of bowel preparation. Conclusions To improve the compliance of bowel preparation for patients undergoing colonoseopy, medical staff should correctly guide the patients to understand the importance of bowel preparation and ensure the full grasp of the specific requirements, on the other hand, should actively strive to improve the patient＇s tolerance of bowel preparation.
