摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对艾滋病患者服药依从性的影响。方法通过检索2010--2016年中国医院知识仓库（CHKD）、万方中文数据库和PubMed数据库，收集关于护理干预对艾滋病患者服药依从性评价文献，评价文献质量，检验纳入文献异质性，采用固定效应模型或随机效应模型合并效应量，评价发表偏倚和进行敏感度分析。结果干预组患者服药依从性是对照组的1．42倍，95％CI为1．33～1．51，干预组服药依从率大于对照组依从率，率差值为0．26，95％CI为0．22～0．29。结论护理干预对提高艾滋病患者服药依从性起着重要作用，在今后的抗病毒治疗工作中，有关单位应积极开展护理干预工作，以提高患者服药依从性，保证治疗效果。Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on medication compliance in HIV/ AIDS patients. Methods Literatures related to effects of nursing intervention on medication compliance in HIV/AIDS patients published from 2010 to 2016 were searched in the China Hospital Knowledge Database （CHKD）, Wanfang Data database and PubMed database. This paper evaluated literature quality, heterogeneity of included literature, effect sizes by fixed effect model or random effect model, publication bias, and analyzed sensitivity. Results The medication compliance of intervention group was 1.42 times as that of control group with （1.33, 1.51） for 95% credibility interval （CI）. The rate of medication compliance of intervention group was higher than that of control group with 0.26 for rate difference and （0.22, 0.29） for 95% CI. Conclusions Nursing intervention has an important role in improving medication compliance of AIDS patients. In the future antiviral therapy, relevant units should actively carry out nursing intervention so as to enhance medication compliance of patients and guarantee treatment effect.
