Objective:To investigate the correlation between the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes and the formation of non-obstructive azoospermia(group A)and severe oligospermia(group B),and to provide a theoretical basis for the etiological study and intervention. Methods:38 cases of A and 32 cases of group B patients and 30 cases of male fertility were detected by peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus test method were detected micronuclei were counted and the rate of micronuclei and micronucleus were calculated. Results:The rates of micronuclei and micronuclei were 5.19±1.58 ‰ and 6.37±1.63‰ in group A,4.51±1.55‰ and 5.94±1.61‰ in group B,and 1.87±1.63 ‰ and 2.27±1.72 ‰ in group B,There was significant difference between experimental group A and B and control group(P〈0.01). There was no significant difference between experimental group A and group B(P〉0.05). Conclusion:Non-obstructive azoospermia and severe oligospermia in peripheral blood lymphocytes micronucleus rate was significantly increased, indicating that both have genetic damage that is chromosomal instability.
