预应力技术在车库顶板结构中的有效应用

摘　　要：以上海某地下车库顶板工程为例,介绍预应力施工的施工要点,通过多方案比较,采用预应力混凝土与普通混凝土梁板结构相结合的方案,同时采用预应力技术,减少了结构的裂缝及渗漏,并降低了工程造价。Taking the roof project of a underground parking in Shanghai as the example, paper introduces the construction points of prestress construction, through alternatives comparison, uses the scheme of combining prestressed concrete and ordinary concrete beam, and uses prestress technology at the same time, it reduces the crack and seepage of the structures, and reduces the project cost.
