摘  要:目的根据问卷调查了解山东省职业卫生与职业病防治研究院医务人员职业紧张、职业疲竭感现状,进行相关分析。探讨医务人员职业紧张与职业疲竭感的关系。方法采取整群抽样的方法,抽取该院医生、护士、辅助科室其他人员共155名进行职业紧张和职业疲竭感问卷调查研究,包括工作内容问卷、付出-回报失衡问卷、职业疲竭感问卷。回收符合要求问卷150份,其中临床医生50人,护士50人,辅助科室其他人员50人。利用Excel录入数据,SPSS 17.0统计软件进行χ2检验、F检验、t检验和相关分析。结果职业病医院医务人员中35.9%有不同程度的职业紧张;28.5%有不同程度情感耗竭,30.5%有不同程度的人格解体,38.9%呈现个人成就感低,32.8%有不同程度的职业疲竭感。文化水平、岗位、职称、倒班、工作时间、工龄与职业紧张、职业疲竭感均有不同程度的相关性。工作要求、付出、内在投入与职业疲竭感呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.32、0.38、0.28;与情感耗竭呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.38、0.24、0.39;与人格解体呈正关联,相关系数分别为0.32、0.29、0.33。结论医务人员是职业紧张、职业疲竭感高危人群,长时间职业紧张就会导致职业疲竭感,职业紧张与职业疲竭感存在联系。文化程度、岗位、职称、倒班情况、工作时间、工龄是职业紧张、职业疲竭感的危险因素。Objective In order to understand status of occupational stress and job burnout sense among the medical staff and to explore the occupational stress and job burnout relationship.Methods 155 occupational diseases hospital medical staff were investigated by application of job content questionnaire,effort-reward imbalance questionnaire and Maslaeh burnout inventory survey through cluster sampling method.150 valid questionnaires were collected,which included 50 doctors,50 nurses,50 auxiliary section personnel.The data were put into excel tables,and were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results In this medical personnel group,35.9% had a certain degree of occupational stress,28.5% had emotional exhaustion,30.5% had a certain degree of depersonalization,38.9% had personal achievement low sense,32.8% had a certain degree of job burnout.The occupational burnout were related to culture degree,post,title,shift,weekly working time,length of service and occupational stress in certain degree.The occupational burnout,dimension of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were positively related to medical staff work demands,rewards and internal input,the correlation coefficients were 0.32,0.38 and0.28 for The occupational burnout,0.38,0.24,and 0.39 for emotional exhaustion,and 0.32,0.29 and0.33 for depersonalization.Conclusions Medical staff are the high-risk population in occupational stress and job burnout,occupational stress with a long time causes job burnout.There is inevitable connection between occupational stress and job burnout.Culture degree,post,title,shift,weekly working time,length of service were occupational stress,job burnout risk factors.
