摘　　要：研究目的:分析"年度土地科学研究重点进展评述与展望"系列研究成果的科学价值和意义,评述2007—2017年中国土地科学研究重点进展概况,为土地科学相关研究提供参考。研究方法:在文献统计和整理的基础上,分阶段提出2007—2017年中国土地科学重点领域主要研究内容,并提出研究展望。研究结果:近年来中国土地科学研究经历了非常明显的跃迁和提升,对特定研究内容的认识随着时间的发展不断拓展。研究结论:中国土地科学研究将围绕土地权籍、土地租价和土地可持续利用三个核心理论,在人—地—权三位一体理论、人地关系权籍时空系统理论和土地科学三维空间研究域模型理论的指导下,坚持土地科学学科范式,继续秉承系统论、多元化视角,在实现乡村振兴、区域协调发展、建设创新型国家、完善社会主义市场经济体制等现阶段重大历史任务的战略指引下,深入研究新的历史时期下的土地领域供给侧结构性改革,完善土地科学基础理论,革新技术方法,创新体制机制,保障土地对国民经济社会发展的资源优化配置作用和基础支撑作用。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the scientific value and significance regarding the serial research results of ＂Annual progress review on land sciences research and prospects＂, to review the progress of land science research in China from 2007 to 2017 and to provide reference for the land science research. Based on the literature statistics and clarification, this paper puts forward the main research contents about the key fields of land science in China from 2007 to 2017 and presents the research prospect. The results show that： China＇s land science research experienced a very obvious transition and upgrading in recent years and the understanding of specific research content expanded as the time went by. It is concluded that China＇s land science research should focus on the three core theories of land ownership, land rent and land sustainable use. Under the guidance of human-land-right integration theory, spatial-temporal system of land cadaster and property right theory for human land relations and the three-dimensional space research model of land science, it should insist on the land science paradigm, the system theory and the pluralistic perspective. Under the strategic guidance of the major historical tasks at present stage, such as rural vitalization, regional coordinated development, innovative country construction and socialist market economy system improvement, etc, it should study the land supply side reform under the new historical period, improve the basic theory of land science, reform the technology and methods, innovate the institutional mechanism and guarantee the function of resources optimal allocation as well as the basic role of supporting national economic and social development.
