五苓散合理中丸治疗慢性左心功能不全41例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性左心功能不全患者采取五苓散合理中丸的治疗效果,为慢性左心功能不全的治疗提供可靠的依据。方法 82例慢性左心功能不全患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组采用常规西医抗心力衰竭(心衰)治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用五苓散合理中丸治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-pro-BNP)水平、治疗后心功能指标及B型利肭肽(BNP)水平。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率97.6%显著高于对照组的65.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的NT-pro-BNP水平显著低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、射血分数(EF)、舒张早期二尖瓣前叶峰流速/舒张晚期二尖瓣前叶峰流速(E/A)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的BNP水平为(115.1±22.5)pg/ml,对照组为(256.4±22.9)pg/ml,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中采取五苓散合理中丸治疗慢性左心功能不全效果理想,可予临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Wuling powder and Lizhong pill in the treatment of patients with chronic left ventricular dysfunction, so as to provide reliable basis for the treatment of chronic left ventricular dysfunction. Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic left ventricular dysfunction were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for heart failure, while the research group was treated with Wuling powder and Lizhong pill on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect, N-terminal pro- B-type natriuretic peptide（NT-pro BNP） level before and after treatment, cardiac function index and B type natriuretic peptide（BNP） level after treatment between the two groups. Results The research group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 97.6% than 65.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups had obviously lower NT-pro BNP level than before treatment, and the research group was obviously lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the research group had lower cardiac output （CO）, cardiac index （CI）, ejection fraction （EF）, early diastolic mitral inflow peak velocity/late diastolic mitral inflow peak velocity （E/A） level than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the research group had BNP level as （115.1± 22.5） pg/ml, which was （256.4 ± 22.9） pg/ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of Wuling powder and Lizhong pill shows ideal effect in treating chronic left ventricular dysfunction, and it can be clinical promoted and applied.
