国产与进口阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的成本-效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨国产与进口阿德福韦酯治疗乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)阳性慢性乙型肝炎的成本-效果。方法 72例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为国产治疗组和进口治疗组,每组36例。国产治疗组给予国产阿德福韦酯治疗,进口治疗组给予进口阿德福韦酯治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果,成本-效果、不良反应发生情况及敏感性。结果国产治疗组、进口治疗组总有效率分别为80.56%、86.11%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。国产治疗组成本-效果显著低于进口治疗组。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组药物治疗成本下降10%,国产治疗组成本-效果低于进口治疗组。结论国产与进口阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎在临床疗效、安全性方面并无显著性差异,但国产阿德福韦酯成本-效果更加理想,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To discuss the cost and effectiveness of domestic and imported adefovir dipivoxil in treatment of hepatitis B e antigen （HBeAg） positive chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 72 HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into domestic treatment group and import6d treatment group, with 36 cases in each group. Domestic treatment group was treated with domestic adefovir dipivoxil, and imported treatment group was treated with imported adefovir dipivoxil. The clinical treatment cost and treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results Domestic treatment group and imported treatment group had total effective rate respectively as 80.56% and 86.11%, and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Domestic treatment group had obviously lower cost effectiveness ratio than imported treatment group. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions （P〉0.05）. The cost of drug treatment in the two groups decreased by 10%, and the cost-effectiveness ratio of the domestic treatment group was lower than that of the imported treatment group, Conclusion There is no significant difference in clinical efficacy and safety between domestic and imported adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B, but the cost-effectiveness of the domestic adefovir dipivoxil is more ideal, and it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
