解毒化瘀通腑汤预防阑尾术后肠粘连的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究中药解毒化瘀通腑汤在预防阑尾切除术后肠粘连的临床效果。方法将163例急性阑尾炎患者按入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组行阑尾炎手术后,对照组根据病情采用二代或三代头孢菌素加替硝唑单纯西医治疗,治疗组在行常规西医治疗的基础上加用中药方剂解毒化瘀通腑汤治疗。观察术后两组患者肠道功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间,分析术后肠粘连和肠梗阻的发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后,治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间较对照组明显较短,肠粘连及肠梗阻发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论阑尾切除术后口服中药方剂解毒化瘀通腑汤预防术后肠粘连的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of jiedu huayu tongfu decoction on for preventing from intestinal adhesion after appendectomy. Methods A total of 163 patients of acute appendicitis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group according to the admission sequence. After appendectomy,the patients in the control group were treated with simple western medicine with cephalosporin II or III and tindazole. In the treatment,on the base of the routine western medicine,jiedu huayu tongfu decoction was added. The recovery time of intestinal track and the time of flatus were observed after appendectomy in the two groups. The incidences of intestinal adhesion and obstruction after surgery were analyzed. Results After treatment,the recovery time of bowel sound and the time of flatus in the treatment group were shorter remarkably than the control group. The incidences of intestinal adhesion and obstruction were lower(P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Chinese herbal formula,jiedu huayu tongfu decoction achieves the significant therapeutic effects for preventing from the post-surgical intestinal adhesion. Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
