摘  要:通过一系列对比试验,研究分析了Q345焊接试板焊接接头横向拉伸性能与全焊缝和焊板母材之间的差异,探索接头横向拉伸所得屈服强度与断后伸长率的合理性。结果表明,接头横向拉伸所获得的屈服强度值介于母材与全焊缝的值之间,且试验结果受所用引伸计标距的影响较为显著;接头横向拉伸断裂位置虽在母材上,但抗拉强度值要高于母材强度近20 MPa,断后伸长率则比母材低了近10%,但仍高于全焊缝的值。Through a series of comparative tests,the differences between transverse tensile test of the welded joint and those of the full welding and base metal were studied. The rationality of the yield strength and the elongation of the welded joint by the transverse tensile test was also explored. The results showed that the yield strength obtained by transverse tensile test was between those of the base metal and the full welding,and the test results were affected by the scale distance of the extensometer gauge. The tensile strength value of transverse tensile specimen was nearly 20 MPa higher than that of the base metal,while the fracture position of transverse tensile specimen was in the base metal. The percentage elongation after fracture was nearly 10% lower than that of the base metal,but still higher than that of the the full welding.
