摘  要:基于2004—2014年各省份碳排放数据,运用基尼系数结构分解、增量分解与子群分解的方法,分别从民用建筑类别、区域差异角度探究民用建筑碳排放空间非均衡现状。研究表明:研究期内我国民用建筑碳排放呈现急剧上升的趋势,整体呈"东高中西低"的空间非均衡特征,其中城镇住宅碳排放的均衡分布是基尼系数下降的主要原因;基尼系数结构分解结果表明,公共建筑对民用建筑碳排放非均衡的贡献最大;而区域子群分解结果表明,区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源,并且西部地区不均衡程度远高于东部、中部地区。随后针对研究结论提出相关建议,以期为制定地区碳减排政策提供依据。Based on the data of carbon emission in China from 2004 to 2014, this paper uses the method of source decomposition, incremental decomposition and subgroup decomposition of the Gini coefficient to measure and analysis the spatial inequality of civil buildings carbon emission on the perspective of civil building category and regional difference respectively. The results show that during the study period, China's civil buildings carbon emission shows a sharp upward trend and the civil buildings carbon emission of eastern region is stronger than the central and western regions. The spatial equality distribution of urban residential buildings carbon emission is the main reason for the decline in the Gini coefficient. The source decomposition of the Gini coefficient shows that public buildings have the greatest contribution to the inequality of carbon emission. The subgroup decomposition of the Gini coefficient shows that the disparity between the regions is the major reason of the inequality of carbon emission of civil buildings, and the degree of inequality in the western region is much higher than that in the east and central regions. Finally, some suggestions were put forward according to the conclusions of the study to provide a basis for the development of regional carbon emission reduction policy.
