摘 要:运用熵值法构造各省环境污染综合指数,将其引入效率测度Super-DEA模型,测算我国各省份绿色经济效率,采用区位熵测度创新要素集聚,基于测量结果和分析构建空间计量模型,以全国30个省份及东、中、西部为单元,实证分析了创新要素集聚对绿色经济效率的影响。研究发现:在加入对外开放水平、城市化水平、能源强度、政府规制等控制变量后,R&D经费对绿色经济效率具有抑制作用,R&D人员促进了绿色经济效率的提高,且控制变量对不同区域的绿色经济效率影响各异。This paper measures and calculates green economy efficiency of each province in China by using entropy method to study the environmental pollution composite index of all provinces in combination with Super-DEA model. Furthermore, the location entropy is used in the paper to measure the agglomeration degree of innovation factors, and constructed the spatial econometric model based on the measurement results, which makes an empirical analysis of innovation cluster affecting green-efficiency in economy with 30 provinces in the country and some units of the East, central and the West. The results showed that: After adding to some control variables including the opening level, urbanization level, energy intensity and government regulation, RD expenditure has a restraining effect on green economy efficiency while RD staff promoted the improvement of ecological economy efficiency. And control variables also have different impacts on green economy efficiency in different regions.
