摘 要:目的:探讨循证医学在外科临床教学中的应用价值。方法:选取安徽医科大学2013级临床医学五年制本科生120人,分为常规教学组(A组)和循证医学教学组(B组),各60人。比较两组学生在在客观理论技能考试与临床实践情景的成绩。结果:循证医学组的成绩好于常规教学组,他们发现、分析与解决问题的能力更优,更能从患者的角度,结合自己的经验与技能,给出最佳解决方案。结论:在外科临床医学教学中,循证医学更符合现代医学教学的发展理念,有利于培养高素质的临床医学人才。Objective To evaluate the value of the application of evidence-based medicine in clinical surgery teaching.Methods A total of 120 five-year undergraduate students of 2013 batch majoring in clinical medicine were assigned into conventional teaching group(group A)and evidence-based medicine teaching group(group B),with 60 students in each group.Students' performances in the exams of skills in the objective theory as well as clinical practice scenario were compared.Results The performances of students in evidence-based medicine teaching group were better than those of conventional teaching group in analysis and problem solving skills.They could provide the best solution from the perspective of patients combined with their experience and skills.Conclusions In surgical clinical medicine teaching,evidence-based medicine conforms to the development of modern medical teaching concept and is beneficial for the cultivation of high-quality clinical medical talents.
