摘　　要：本文论述了制定污水处理用旋转曝气机能效限定值及能效等级国家标准的背景和意义,介绍了标准研制的总体思路和原则,旋转曝气机能效限定值的确定、测试和计算方法,以及能效等级划分等技术要求。通过国标的研制与实施,将淘汰高耗能污水处理用旋转曝气机产品的生产,有效提升污水处理用旋转曝气机的能效水平。This paper discusses the background and the significance of the development of the national standard on the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for rotary aerator in wastewater treatment, introduces the general idea and principles of the standard development and the technical requirements such as the determination, testing and calculation methods of the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for rotary aerator, and the division of energy efficiency grades. The development and implementation of this standard will eliminate the production of the high energy consumption rotary aerator in wastewater treatment and effectively improve its energy efficiency level.
