摘  要:结合佛山西站项目无站台柱雨棚施工,介绍BIM技术在工程建设管理中的应用。通过BIM技术,优选出累积滑移最佳安装方案;对钢结构雨棚分块安装的网壳纵、横向接口等部位进行深化设计;同时应用BIM技术,模拟雨棚钢结构工程的预安装过程,实现正式施工实施前的预可视化工程建设管理,优化正式施工流程,提高施工效率。According to the case of the construction of canopy without platform at Foshanxi Railway Station, the paper introduces the application of BIM technology in engineering construction management. The optical installation scheme of accumulative sliding can be selected by BIM technology; the paper makes deepening design of vertical and horizontal interfaces of reticulated shell installed into steel structure canopy, simulates the pre-installation process of steel structure canopy engineering and realizes pre-visual construction management before construction, which optimizes construction process and enhances efficiency of construction.
