新型农业经营主体养殖技术培训需求及影响因素研究——以新疆345户养殖大户为例

摘　　要：新疆维吾尔自治区（简称新疆）是我国畜牧业生产经营的主要地区,畜牧业是少数民族经济来源的重要组成部分,所以需要加大对少数民族养殖大户农村实用人才带头人的培养力度。笔者基于新疆少数民族养殖户的调研数据,实证研究了少数民族农村养殖大户对不同养殖技术及知识的培训需求及其影响因素。结果表明：总体上看,养殖大户更偏好于可降低生产风险和提高增值效益的养殖技术及知识,而对于较易掌握的、常见的养殖技术及知识的需求愿望略低;个人特征、家庭特征和认知特征在不同程度上影响养殖大户对不同养殖技术及知识的培训需求,即养殖大户异质性对不同养殖技术及知识的培训需求差异明显。Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is the main area of animal husbandry production and management in our country. Animal husbandry is an important part of the economic sources of ethnic minorities,therefore vigorous support is needed in training efforts of the leaders of rural practical talents among large breeding farmers in ethnic minorities. Based on research data of ethnic farmers in Xinjiang,empirical research was carried out on the demand and influence factors of the training of different breeding techniques and knowledge in large ethnic breeding farmers. The results showed that in general,large breeding farmers preferred to the breeding techniques and knowledge which could reduce production risk and increase value-added benefits,while revealed slightly lower demand on manageable and common breeding techniques and knowledge. The training demand of different breeding techniques and knowledge in large breeding farmers was affected in different degrees by personal characteristic,family characteristic and cognitive characteristic,which meant that the heterogeneity in large breeding farmers led to the obvious difference in training demand of different breeding techniques and knowledge.
