摘　　要：蜥蜴另有守宫、石蜴、四脚蛇等异名,属冷血爬虫类。有几千年入药历史,《本草经集注》《本草纲目》中均有记载。我国现有约150种,分别隶属于壁虎科、鬣蜥科、蛇蜥科、屏蜥科、巨蜥科、双足蜥科、蜥蜴科、石龙子科。以蜥蜴做为正名始见于《吉林中草药》,临床应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎、乙型肝炎、结核病、骨髓炎、瘘管等,特别是对胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、肺癌、脑肿瘤、乳腺肿瘤、鼻咽癌、颈部肿瘤等多种恶性肿瘤有明显疗效,常见中药复方有复方守宫散、参七化瘀汤、培正散结通膈汤、肺积复康方、消瘤丸、壁虎散、壁消散。实验研究显示壁虎对多种体外培养的肿瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用,逆转PLGC模型大鼠胃黏膜病理变化,降低HIF-1α、VEGF阳性表达,并可抑制相关蛋白P53、PUMA的表达。分离出的守宫多糖,可诱导人肝癌Bel-7402细胞凋亡。Lizard another keep the palace, stone, four-legged snake and other names, is a cold-blooded reptile. Experimental studies have shown that gecko on a variety of in vitro cultured tumor cells were significantly inhibited, reversing the pathological changes of gastric mucosa in PLGC model rats, reducing the expression of HIF-1α, VEGF, and inhibit the expression of related proteins P53, PUMA. Isolated Palace polysaccharide, can induce apoptosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma Bel-7402 cells.
