摘 要:目的 探讨改良式内镜手术器械挂架在内镜手术配台操作治疗中应用的效果.方法 选择2014年1月—2015年6月行内镜黏膜剥离术(ESD)的50例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各25例.对照组采用普通内镜手术器械操作台,试验组采用改良后内镜手术器械挂架铺设无菌手术台.分析两组在同一术式、同一术者、同一配台者的情况下拿取器械的错误率、内镜手术器械脱离手术台碰到其他地方的污染率.结果 对照组拿取器械错误率为16.72%(96/574),器械污染率为11.85%(68/574),手术平均时间为(76.40±2.59) min;试验组拿取器械的错误率为1.02%(6/584),器械污染率为0.86%(5/584),手术平均时间为(51.80±2.08) min,两组差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 使用改良后的内镜手术器械挂架能降低内镜手术器械使用过程中拿取错误的概率,降低内镜手术器械被污染的概率,创新性和实用性均较好,值得临床广泛推广.Objective To explore the effect of the modified endoscopic operation instrument hanger on the cooperating operation. Methods A total of 50 patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research object and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. Ordinary endoscopic operation instrument operating table was used in the control group, while the modified endoscopic operation instrument hanger was used in the observation group in order to lay a sterile operating table. Both the contamination rate and the error fetch rate were observed in the same circumstance, including the partner, endoscopist and operation mode. The contamination was defined as surgical instruments touched the other place. Results In control group, the error fetch rate was 16.72% (96/574), the contamination rate was 11.85% (68/574) and the average operation time was (76.40±2.59) min. While the error fetch rate, contamination rate and average operation time for the observation group were 1.02% (6/584), 0.86% (5/584) and (51.80±2.08) min, respectively. The differences were significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions The application of modified endoscopic operation instrument hanger can decrease the probability of fetch errors and the rate of surgical instruments contamination. The present modification has obvious innovation and practicality, which worthy to be widely popularized in clinical.
