摘　　要：目的了解医院制剂在某院门诊药房近三年来的使用情况,从而为该院制剂的可持续发展提供保障。方法通过医院信息管理系统,提取该院2014~2016年医院制剂的使用数量和销售金额等相关数据进行统计分析。结果 2014~2016年该院医院制剂的总使用量为344.31万盒/支/瓶,销售金额达到4.31亿元;其中抗病毒类恩替卡韦分散片的使用数量占比最高,其次是阿德福韦酯片、熊去氧胆酸片和注射用胸腺五肽1,而其他类保肝降酶制剂的使用数量却同比下降。结论为实现医院制剂的可持续发展,医院应在保持特色制剂的基础上加强对保肝降酶类新品种、新剂型的研发力度。Objective To investigate the application of hospital pharmaceutical preparations in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital during nearly three years, so as to provide guarantee for sustainable development of hospital pharmaceutical preparations. Methods Extracted data about consumption amount and consumption sum of hospital pharmaceutical preparations from 2014 to 2016 by retrieving the information management system of our hospital for statistical analysis. Results The consumption amount of hospital pharmaceutical preparations from 2014 to 2016 reached 3.4431 million boxes/sticks/bottles, and the consumption sum was 431 million yuan. Entecavir Dispersible Tablets accounted for the highest proportion, followed by Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets, Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets and Thymopetin for Injection, but the consumption amount of other hepatoprotective agents and transaminase lowering agents decreased compared to the same period. Conclusions In order to achieve the sustainable development of hospital pharmaceutical preparations, the research and development of new hepatoprotective agents and transaminase lowering agents should be enhanced on the basis of reserving the special preparations.
