摘 要:主要介绍了迁铜炼钢作业部一炼钢厂1号RH—TOP炉顶吹氧工艺的设备装置、操作工艺及在现场的应用情况。RH顶吹氧技术具有吹氧强制脱碳、吹氧加铝提高铜水温度、吹氧清洗RH真空槽内残钢残渣、吹氧使CO二次燃烧放热以对钢液进行温度补偿、减少热弯管粘渣等多项功能。在实际的炼钢生产中,RH顸吹氧技术在降低转炉出钢温度以缓解转炉压力、降低整个炼钢工序生产成本、提高钢中金属收得率、扩大转炉炼钢厂生产品种、优化全连铸生产组织等方面都能发挥较大作用。This paper mainly introduces the equipment, operation process and field application situation of the blowing oxygen process on the top of No. 1 RH-TOP furnace in No. 1 steelmaking plant of Qian Steel. RH oxygen top-blowing technology performs many functions such as strongly decarbonizing, increasing molten steel temperature with aluminum added, cleaning residual slag in RH vacuum slot, making the CO secondary combustion exothermic to compensate for molten steel temperature, reducing slag adhesion in the heat pipe bending. In the actual steelmaking production, RH oxygen top-blowing technology can play a greater role in reducing the converter tapping temperature to relieve the converter pressure, decreasing the production cost of whole steelmaking process, improving the metal yield of molten steel, expanding the production variety of the converter steelmaking plant, optimizing the production organization of the full continuous casting and so on.
