摘 要:本试验研究了不同施肥处理对不同时期橡胶草(Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin)生物量积累及其分配的影响,并分析橡胶草生物量与根部性状间的相关性。结果表明,不同时期橡胶草地上生物量和地下生物量在不同施肥条件下均表现为显著增加(p<0.05),其中生长期时N对生物量积累的影响最为显著;开花期时P和K对橡胶草生物量的积累均有较大的促进作用,尤其是P最为显著;结实期时P和K对橡胶草生物量的积累也均有较大的促进作用,尤其是K最为显著。不同施肥处理对不同时期橡胶草的地上、地下生物量的分配均有不同程度的影响,其中生长期时N对地下生物量分配比例的提高最为显著;开花期时P对橡胶草地下生物量的分配比例的提高最为显著,结实期时各个施肥处理均能显著提高橡胶草地下生物量的分配比例,但各个施肥处理间差异不显著。不同施肥处理对不同时期橡胶草的根长均有不同程度的促进作用,且均显著高于对照。生长期时橡胶草的根长与地下生物量、地上生物量及总生物量均呈极显著的正相关;开花期和结实期时的根长和根粗均地下生物量、地上生物量及总生物量呈极显著的正相关。The study was carried out to determine the effects of different fertilizer treatments on biomass accumulation and distribution of Taraxacum kok-saghyz(TKS) at different growth stage, and the correlation analysis of root traits and biomass was also made. The results showed different fertilizer treatments significantly increased the above-and below-ground biomass of TKS at different growth stage(p0.05). The biomass accumulation was most influenced by N at growing period, and by K and especially P at flowering period, and by P and especially K at seed-setting period. The fertilizer treatments had different impacts on the above-and below-ground biomass distribution of TKS at different growth stage. The below-ground biomass distribution was most influenced by N at growing period, and by P flowering period, and promoted remarkably by all fertilizer treatments but no significant differences were observed in all treanments at seed-setting period. The different fertilizer treatments significantly promoted root length of TKS at different growth stage. In addition, the root length had a significant positive correlation with above-and below-ground and total biomass at growing period. Both the root length and width had a striking positive correlation with above-and below-ground and total biomass at flowering and seed-seeting period.
