摘　　要：大秦线开行C_(80)铝合金重载敞车运用15年期间,在检修运用、安全维护等方面发现5方面故障问题:端柱根部腐蚀;侧柱根部裂纹;中梁盖板与浴盆板连接铆钉折断、丢失;上旁承磨耗板锈蚀;滑槽磨耗板松动、折断、锈蚀。对相应故障进行逐项分析,提出解决建议,为提高大秦线重载车辆故障处理提供科学依据。During its 15 years of service of the C80 aluminum alloy open wagon on the Daqin line, the 5 categories of faults and defects identified during its repair and service, safety maintenance are as follows： end post bottom erosion, side post bottom crack, connecting rivet between middle beam cover plate and tube plate broken or loss, upper side bearing wear plate erosion, groove wear plate loosing, broken or erosion. Each type of the faults and defects was analyzed and suggestions for improvement were provided so as to enhance the fault handling of the heavy haul wagons on the Daqin line.
