摘 要:陕西省榆林市是东方蜜蜂分布的北部边缘。为了研究分布在边缘区域的东方蜜蜂,在黄土高原生境下种群遗传分化和遗传多样性规律,我们利用38个东方蜜蜂微卫星位点,对榆林市7个样点共390群东方蜜蜂,开展全面的种群遗传分析。研究结果显示,分布在榆林市的东方蜜蜂发生了种群遗传分化,形成了靖边种群、绥德-清涧种群、佳县-吴堡-榆阳-神木种群。遗传多样性分析表明,榆林市东方蜜蜂遗传多样性水平较低,榆林市南部样点多样性水平相对于北部样点丰富。生境破碎和小种群可能是造成榆林市东方蜜蜂遗传分化与遗传多样性低的主要原因。Yulin city in Shanxi Province is the northern edge of the Apis cerana cerana distribution. In order to study the population genetic differentiation and genetic diversity ofApis cerana eerana in the edge region and the loess pateau, total of 390 colonies from 7 localities of Yulin were analyzed by 38 microsatellite loci. There are 3 populations in Yulin: Jingbian; Suide-Qingjian; Jiaxian-Wubao-Yuyang-Shenmu. The genetic diversity of honeybee in Yulin is low, and the level of diversity in south is higher than that in north. The main causes of the low genetic diversity and genetic differences of honeybee in Yulin were considered as landscape fragmentation and small population.
