摘  要:目的:建立淫羊藿薄层鉴别方法。方法:以朝藿定A、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷混合溶液为对照品,对淫羊藿进行薄层鉴别,并考察了不同点样量、不同薄层板、不同温度及不同湿度对淫羊藿薄层鉴别的影响。结果:以朝藿定A、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷混合溶液为对照品,以甲醇:丁酮:氯仿:水(4:6:6:1)为展开系统,5μL点样量点样于Merck硅胶铝箔板时,所得的薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强。结论:该鉴别方法操作简便,重复性好,可作为淫羊藿的薄层鉴别方法。Objective:To establish a TLC method for the identification of Yinyanghuo.Method:The TLC was used to identify epimedin A,epimedin C and icariin.The effect of volume of application,thin layer plates,temperature and humidity on the TLC identification of Yinyanghuo were investigated.Result:With epimedin A,epimedin C and icariin as the reference substances,5 μL volume of application,TLC spots on the Merck silica gel aluminum foil plate were clear and TLC identification of Yinyanghuo was high specific with Methanol-butanone-chloroform-water(4:6:6:1) as the developing system.Conclusion:The method established for Yinyanghuo is feasible and reproducible,and can be used for Yinyanghuo identification.
