葡萄抗氧化作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葡萄有无抗氧化作用。方法:采用体内抗氧化实验,以红景天为阳性对照,以蒸馏水为空白对照,将葡萄制汁以25%、50%、100%三种不同浓度给予小鼠灌胃20 d,测定小鼠红细胞中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。体外抗氧化实验,直接用人血样本测不同浓度葡萄汁对红细胞中MDA的抑制率。结果:体内试验结果显示,红景天组有抗氧化作用,与空白对照组比较P<0.05;而葡萄三个剂量组对SOD和MDA没有明显影响,与空白对照组比较P>0.05,没有显著性差异。体外抗氧化实验结果显示,不同浓度的葡萄汁对MDA都有一定的抑制作用。结论:葡萄具有体外抗氧化作用;但体内抗氧化试验中葡萄对SOD和MDA并未见明显作用。Objective：To investigate the antioxidant effect of grape.Method：In vivo experiment,rhodiola was used as positive control and distilled water as blank control.Three different concentrations of grape juice（25%,50%,100%） were fed to the mice for 20 days.The contents of superoxide dismutase（SOD） and malondialdehyde（MDA） in mice erythrocyte were detected.In vitro experiment,the inhibitory rate of different concentrations of the grape juice on MDA in human blood were tested.Result：The result of in vivo experiments showed that rhodiola had antioxidant effect compared with the blank control（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference of SOD and MDA between the blank control group and each of the three different concentrations of the grape juice（P〉0.05）.The result of in vitro experiment showed that different concentrations of the grape juice had an inhibitory effect on MDA.Conclusion：Grape has antioxidant effect in vitro,but no obvious effect on SOD and MDA in vivo antioxidation experiment in mice.
