建立中药饮片处方“药学说明书”的探讨

摘　　要：中药饮片的用药说明是传统中药处方的重要组成部分,被历代医家重视,但在现代中医临床实践中体现较少。本文通过对国内外中药饮片处方药学说明的发展和现状进行分析,探讨产生此现象的原因,提出了建立中药饮片处方"药学说明书"的观点,并对具体内容和实施方法进行探讨。为提高中药饮片用药规范性、提升中药临床药学服务提供了思路和方法。The medication instruction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece,which has been highly regarded by many doctors in past dynasties,is an important component of Chinese traditional medicine prescription,but it is relatively undervalued in modern clinical practice of Chinese traditional medicine.Through the analysis of the development and current situation of the medication instruction of Chinese medicine decoction piece prescription at home and abroad in this paper,the reasons for this problem are discussed.Establishing ＂Pharmaceutical Instructions＂ of Chinese medicine decoction piece is proposed,and concrete contents and implementation method are also discussed.It provides new idea and method to improve the standard use of the Chinese medicine decoction piece and the clinical pharmaceutical care of Chinese traditional medicine.
