盐酸沙格雷酯治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结盐酸沙格雷酯治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)的临床效果。方法选择赣州市人民医院2012年1月至2016年3月收治的32例TAO患者,经患者知情同意后予盐酸沙格雷酯治疗并观察疗效。结果 32位患者均口服盐酸沙格雷酯,治疗前间歇性跛行距离(382±256)m,治疗后间歇性跛行距离(864±416)m,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);10例静息痛患者症状均得以缓解,但受冷刺激后仍有疼痛不适;15例溃疡患者溃疡面愈合。结论盐酸沙格雷酯治疗TAO患者是有效的,值得临床研究应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of sarpogrelate for patients with thromboangiitis obliterans（TAO）. Methods 32 cases TAO patients who were admitted to Ganzhou People’s Hospital from January 2012 to March 2016 were treated with saguline hydrochloride and the curative effect was observed after informed consent. Results The intermittent claudication distance increased from（382±256）m before treatment to（864±416） m after treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）; the rest pain of 10 patients were relieved, but they still have pain after cold stimulation; 15 patients with ulcer have healed. Conclusions Sarpogrelate has a therapeutic effect on patients with with TAO.
