摘　　要：特朗普政府的南亚安全战略重点关注阿富汗、印度和巴基斯坦三国。在阿富汗问题上,强调以阿富汗安全形势而非时间节点为标准,保持灵活机动;在处理印巴关系时,重印抑巴倾向明显。特朗普政府的南亚安全战略可从以下三个层面进行深入分析:一是特朗普希望获得共和党建制派的支持,减轻国内压力;二是按照既定设想加速美国全球战略的调整;三是维持阿富汗局势稳定,重新定位与印巴两国的关系。特朗普政府的南亚安全战略将对地区安全形势产生重要的影响。美阿关系将经历复杂调整,美印关系将进一步提升,美巴关系将面临新的困难。The Trump administration's South Asian security strategy focuses on Afghanistan,India and Pakistan.On the Afghan issue,the strategy emphasizes the Afghan security situation rather than any timetable so as to maintain flexibility.In dealing with relations between India and Pakistan,there is an obvious tendency to support India and sideline Pakistan.The motivations of the Trump administration's South Asian security strategy can be understood from the following three aspects.The first is Trump's desire to get support from the Republican establishment to reduce domestic pressure.The second is to accelerate the adjustment of U.S.global strategy as planned.The third is to maintain stability in Afghanistan and reposition the relationship between India and Pakistan.The Trump administration's South Asian security strategy will have an important impact on the regional security situation,in which U.S.-Afghan relations will undergo complex adjustment,U.S.-India relations will be further enhanced,and U.S.-Pakistan relations will face new difficulties.
