摘 要:对两榀钢木混合墙体进行了水平方向的低周往复加载试验,两榀钢木混合墙体分别采用不同的连接形式:一种是在木剪力墙周边构件上钻大孔后用钉固定木垫板和木盖板的普通螺栓连接;另一种是带长圆孔钢板的高强螺栓连接。通过试验和分析,获得了两种钢木混合墙体的破坏模式、荷载一位移关系、极限承载力、耗能性能及剪力分配情况。研究结果表明,高强螺栓连接的钢木混合墙体刚度比普通螺栓连接的钢木混合墙体刚度更大,且其承载力和耗能能力也较大;但在极限状态下,普通螺栓连接的钢木混合墙体变形能力更强;两种不同连接的钢木混合墙体都能保证钢框架与木剪力墙协同工作,相比纯框架,钢木混合墙体的极限承载力、耗能性能和变形能力均得到了提高。Two pieces of timber-steel hybrid walls were tested under lateral low-frequency cycling loading. Two pieces of timber-steel hybrid walls adopted different connection modes: one is to drill large holes on the peripheral components of the timber shear wall, and then a nail is used to fix the ordinary bolt connection of the timber pallet and the timber cover plate; the other one is high strength bolt connection of steel plate with slot hole. Through the test and analysis, the failure mode, load-displacement relationship, ultimate bearing capacity, energy dissipation performance and shear distribution of two timber-steel hybrid walls were obtained. The research results show that the stiffness of timber-steel hybrid wall with high strength bolts is greater than that of timber-steel hybrid wall with ordinary bolts, and its bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity are also larger; but in the ultimate state, timber-steel hybrid wall connected by ordinary bolts have more deformability. Two different connected timber-steel hybrid walls can ensure that the steel frame and the timber shear wall work together. Compared to the bare frame, the ultimate bearing capacity, energy dissipation performance and deformation capability of the timber-steel hybrid wall have been improved.
