摘 要:采用300 W准连续激光器对1.0mm厚的304不锈钢板进行拼接焊接试验,对激光焊接工艺参数进行正交优化试验,工艺参数为峰值功率3 000 W,脉冲宽度6ms,离焦量2mm时,焊接接头达到最佳的抗拉强度为723.6 MPa,高于母材。对焊缝微观组织进行分析,焊缝中心位置呈细小等轴晶。The 300 W quasi-continuous laser was used to perform a splicing welding test on 1.0 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate. Through the process parameters tested by orthogonal optimization, when the peak power was 3 000 W, pulse width was 6 ms, defocusing amount was 2 mm, the tensile strength of the joints reached 723.6 MPa, which was better than the base met-al. The microstructure of the weld was analyzed and the center of the weld was a fine equiaxed crystal.
