摘 要:对激光熔覆TC4钛合金不同取样方向上的力学性能进行了对比研究,从沿沉积方向(Z方向)和垂直于沉积方向(X方向)分别取样,在室温下开展准静态拉伸试验,对其抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率、断面收缩率、微观组织及断口形貌进行了分析。研究结果表明:X方向试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度略高于Z方向试样,但Z方向试样的断后伸长率及断面收缩率明显高于X方向试样,Z方向试样有更好的塑性,而且两个方向的力学性能都达到甚至超过商用TC4钛合金基材的力学性能。Mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy specimens prepared by laser cladding in different orientations were studied comparatively. The specimens were sampled from the direction of laser deposition( Z-direction) and that perpendicular to the direction of laser deposition( X-direction). The quasi-static tensile tests were carried out at the room temperature. The tensile strength,yield strength,percentage elongation after fracture,reduction area,microstructure and fracture morphology were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of the specimens in X-direction are higher than those of the specimens in Z-direction. But the percentage elongation after fracture and reduction area of the specimens in Z-direction are significantly higher than those of the specimens in X-direction.The Z-direction specimens have preferable plasticity,and the mechanical properties of the samples in the two directions have both exceeded the commercial TC4 titanium alloy substrate.
