摘　　要：文章系统研究国际科学期刊出版中的"开放存取运动",考察了大批涌现的开放存取期刊的运营机制和利润空间,揭示了开放存取期刊背后的商业利益驱动,以及开放存取期刊对学术生态的破坏效应。在此基础上揭示了国外不良期刊对中国科研经费的惊人掠取,并对"开放存取运动"的实质作出判断。This paper systematically analyzes the ＂open access movement＂ in international science journal publication.It examines numerous operation mechanisms of publication open access and profit margin.It reveals the commercial profit drive underneath the journal open access situation,as well as the damaging effect of journal open access on the academia.It further reveals the astonishing predation of foreign journals on Chinese research funds,and makes judgment on the essence of＂open access movement＂.
