摘　　要：本文从三个方面阐述了万安伦教授的《中外出版史》的出版史地位与价值:1.该书让出版载体"觉醒",让出版载体成为叙述逻辑的主体,并以其流变作为分期依据;2.明确出版学科的"疆域",用一纵一横的逻辑确立坐标,以此确立了出版学科的主要维度;3.站在"人类命运共同体"的视角,重新梳理和审视出版传播与文明传承。This paper has explained the status and value of the Chinese and Foreign Publish- ing Histories written by Professor Wan Anlun in the publishing history from three aspects： First, book awakens publishing carriers, enables them to play a principal role in narrative logic, and takes its flow change as the basis of periodization; second, the book defines the ＂domain＂ of publishing as a discipline, and establishes the vertical and horizontal coordinates, thereby identifying the main dimensions of the this discipline; and third, the book re-collates and reviews the communicatlon through publishing and cultural inheritance from the perspective of a ＂community with shared future for humanity＂
