摘  要:利用自制的有机纳米蒙脱土改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂(UF),可有效改善胶粘剂性能。重点考察了有机纳米蒙脱土的投入阶段对各摩尔比值脲醛树脂胶粘剂性能影响,并对其进行了理论分析。实验结果表明改性UF胶粘剂的黏度、胶合强度随n(F)∶n(U)比例的增大而先增后减,固含量随比例的增加而减少;n(F)∶n(U)=2.0∶1.0时改性胶粘剂的固化时间较短、游离甲醛含量较低、胶合强度较高;在不同阶段加入有机蒙脱土对脲醛树脂胶粘剂具有不同的改性效果,分别具有显著的降醛和补强效果。The self-made organic montmorillonite modified urea formaldehyde resin adhesive(UF) can effectively improve the adhesive properties.The influence of input stage of organic montmorillonite on the performance of urea formaldehyde resin adhesive with different molar ratios was emphatically investigated,and theoretical analysis was carried out.The experimental results showed that the viscosity and the bonding strength of the modified UF adhesive increased first and then decreased with increasing of molar ratio of n(F)∶n(U),the solid content decreased with increasing of the ratio.When molar ratio of n(F)∶n(U)was 2.0∶1.0,the curing time of the modified adhesive was relatively short,the content of free formaldehyde was relatively low,and the bonding strength was relatively high.Urea formaldehyde resin adhesive had different modification effects by adding organic montmorillonite at different stages,achieving remarkable effect of reducing formaldehyde and reinforcing effects respectively.
