摘  要:采用NH_3-CH_3COONH_4-H_2O体系进行了高炉瓦斯灰提锌工艺研究。结果表明:控制浸出温度45℃,总氨浓度5 mol·L^(-1),液固比5:1,[NH_3]/[NH_4]^+摩尔比1:1,搅拌速度300 r·min^(-1),浸出时间60 min,锌浸出率达77.79%。FT-IR及ESI-MS分析显示羧酸阴离子能结合Zn离子形成复杂的羧酸盐配合物,添加CH_3COONH_4能促进锌的溶出,XRD、SEM-EDS表征分析显示浸出渣中残留ZnFe_2O_4是导致锌浸出率低的限制性因素。Zinc recovery from blast furnace dust(BFD) in NH3-CH3COONH4-H2O system is investigated. It was found that 77.79% of Zn could be dissolved from the BFD under the conditions of total ammonia concentration of 5 mol·L^(-1), stirring speed of 300 r·min^(-1), [NH3]/[NH4]~+ of 1:1, liquid-solid ratio of 5:1, leaching temperature of 45 ℃ and leaching time of 60 min. The results of FT-IR and ESI-MS analysis showed that zinc can combine with the carboxylate anion to form Zn-complexes and promote the dissolution of zinc. Compare with the phase and morphology structure of samples before and after leaching by XRD and SEM-EDS, it is found that ZnFe2O4 is the low zinc leaching rate of the main restrictive factors.
