摘　　要：介绍我国执业药师网络继续教育的发展情况及优缺点,分析我国执业药师队伍的学历、专业分布和执业领域具体情况,依据多年参加执业药师继续教育学习的经验和体会,提出改进和完善我国执业药师继续教育的措施。The development of on-line continuing education for licensed pharmacist as well as its advantages and disadvantages were introduced in this paper. In addition,the distribution of degrees,disciplines and practice areas of registered licensed pharmacists in China were analyzed. Suggestions for improvement were provided based on our learning experiences in these years.
