摘　　要：和谐的师生关系是实现教学相长的重要条件。随着新媒体的迅速发展,学生数量的增加,给师生之间的交流带来巨大挑战和压力。通过调研,探究分析高校师生运用新媒体形式交流现状及存在的问题,并提出优化对策。Harmonious relationships between teachers and students is an important factor to promote the process of teaching others and teaching yourself. With the rapid development of the new-media,the expansion of students＇ number lead to great challenges and pressures for mutual communication. This research dedicated to explore and analyze the current situation and existing problems of the teacher-student communication in the application of new-media,and put forwards the optimized measures through investigation.
