大学生党员参与学生管理工作探析

摘　　要：随着高等教育招生规模的扩大和国外不良思潮的入侵,高校学生管理工作的形势日益严峻。学生党员思想政治觉悟较高、与普通大学生的日常联系紧密、在学生群体中的示范作用显著,具备参与学生管理工作的优势便利。高校应明确大学生党员参与学生管理工作的权利义务和基本制度,加强对大学生党员群体的管理与培育,积极发挥学生党员在校园活动中的推动作用,提升其参与学生管理工作的效率和积极性。With the invasion of the expansion of higher education enrollment and foreign thoughts,the management of college students is increasingly serious. The student Party members ideological and political consciousness is high,close daily contact with ordinary college students,exemplary role in students groups significantly,with participation in student management work to the advantage of convenience. And basic rights and obligations should be clear system of Party members of college students participation in student management work in colleges and universities,strengthen the management and training of student Party member,played the positive role of student Party members in campus activities,and actively improve the efficiency and management of the students.
