摘　　要："大学生创新训练计划"是一种新型的培养创新型人才的教育模式。本文结合自己的实践,从目的与意义、组织与实施、问题与对策三个方面,介绍了指导药学专业大学生创新项目的体会与一些思考,为指导药学专业大学生创新研究项目提供参考和帮助。The innovative project for college students is a novel educational mode to cultivate the innovative talents. In this paper,some suggestions about the purpose and significance,organization and implementation,problems and countermeasures of pharmaceutical innovative project were summarized and discussed. It provides professional guidance and help for the implementation of innovative projects for pharmaceutical college students.
