摘 要:针对α-Al_2O_3:C晶体,开展了其光释光剂量特性的研究,采用双陷阱能级双复合能级模型对晶体的能量沉积、能量响应、重复性、剂量响应等特性进行了模拟计算研究。验证实验表明:模拟计算结果和实验结果吻合较好,α-Al_2O_3:C晶体具有很好的能量响应、剂量响应线性和非常好的重复性。实验结果可为α-Al_2O_3:C晶体的剂量测量系统的优化及其晶体材料剂量特性研究提供参考。This paper studies the optically stimulated luminescence(OSL) characteristics of the α-Al2O3: C crystal. Calculation model of the α-Al2O3: C crystal OSL is built to study its characteristics which is energy response,the repeatability of measurement,the dose response. The research results show that the attenuation curve of the photon number from the experiment is consistent with it from the simulation calculation. The α-Al2O3: C crystal has a good energy response and the repeatability of measurement,and has good linear dose response. The research of this paper can provide theoretical support for setting up the OSL dose measurement system. And it can provide reference for the study of dosage properties of the crystal materials.
