摘 要:目的了解贵港市2011-2016年手足口病流行病学及病原学特征,为做好手足口病预防控制工作提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对贵港市2011-2016年手足口病疫情资料和实验室检测结果进行分析。结果 2011-2016年贵港市共报告手足口病病例52 796例,年均发病率为209.40/10万,2011-2014年发病率呈逐年上升趋势,2015-2016年略有下降,但仍维持在较高发病水平。各县区发病水平存在差异,覃塘区发病率最高,桂平市发病率最低。发病主要集中在5~6月,9~11月间又出现一个次高峰或拖尾峰。发病以5岁以下儿童为主,1~3岁组发病率最高。不同年份病原构成不同,2013-2015年其他肠道病毒分别取代EV 71和Cox A16成为当年主要病原体。结论贵港市手足口病呈现明显的地区、季节以及人群分布规律,应进一步加强重点地区重点人群的防控,同时密切关注手足口病病原谱的变化。Objective To understand the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of HFMD in Guigang from 2011 to2016,and to provide scientific evidence for the development of HFMD prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiology were used to analyse the epidemic situation information of HFMD and laboratory testing results in Guigang from 2011 to 2016. Results A total of 52 796 HFMD cases were reported in Guigang from 2011 to 2016. With anannual incidence of209. 40/100 000,there was an upward trend in incidence from 2011 to 2014,2015-2016 being slightly down,but it remained at a high level of morbidity. The level of morvidity in different counties was different,the incidence of Qintang County being the highest,and the Guiping county being the lowest. The main peak occurred in 5-6 months and the second peak or tail peak was in 9-11 months. The major cases afflicted with HFMD were children less than five years old,and especially those 1-3 years old. The pathogen composition was difference in different years. From 2013 to 2015,having superseding EV 71 and Cox A16,other enteroviruses became the predominantly prevailing pathogens. Conclusion It showed a certain characteristics in regional,seasonal and populational distribution of HFMD in Guigang City. We should pay more attention to the key ares of prevention and control and the changes of pathogens of HFMD should be enhanced.
