摘 要:邢台市7.19洪涝灾害造成了环境恶化,病媒生物孳生,增加了媒介传染病暴发流行的机会。邢台市疾病预防控制中心迅速开展风险评估,启动病媒生物密度的应急监测,实施健康教育、环境治理和化学防治等应急控制措施,病媒生物防控工作取得显著成效。本文通过病媒生物应急控制措施实施效果分析,总结了病媒生物应急防控中存在的问题,探讨了改进措施,提升了突发公共卫生事件中病媒生物应急防控处置的能力。The 7. 19 flood disaster in Xingtai City has caused environmental deterioration and vector breeding,increasing the chances of outbreak and epidemic of vector-born infectious diseases. Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Xingtai City promptly carried out risk assessment,initiated emergency monitoring of vector density,implemented emergency control measures,such as health education,environmental management and chemical control. Significant results have been achieved in vector prevention and control. In this paper,by analyzing the effectiveness of vector emergency prevention and control measures,we summarized the problems in vector emergency prevention and control,discussed the improvement measures and enhanced the ability of prevention and control of vector in public health emergencies.
