摘　　要：目的评价平塘县健康人群乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)抗体水平。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,将人群分为8~12月龄、1~2岁、3~4岁、5~6岁、7~9岁、10~14岁、15~19岁、≥20岁8个年龄组,每个年龄组随机选取15名调查对象,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)乙肝五项检测卡检测乙肝表面抗体(抗-HBs)。结果抽样检测健康人群血清2 434份,阳性1 021份,总体阳性率为41.95%,不同地区、年龄组和性别间抗-HBs阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人群抗-HBs阳性率较低,与免疫成功率指标相差甚远。提高乙肝疫苗人群免疫覆盖率和免疫成功率,减少易感人群,是预防和控制乙肝流行的关键措施。Objective To evaluate the antibody level of viral hepatitis B among healthy population in Pingtang County. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to divide the population into 8 age groups： 8-12 months old,1-2 years old,3-4 years old,5-6 years old,7-9 years old,10-14 years old,15-19 years old and 20 years old and above. From each age group,15 subjects were selected at random and their hepatitis B surface antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA） hepatitis B five detection card(anti HBs）. Results A total of 2 434 serums of healthy population were detected through sample tests,1 021 of which were positive and the overall positive rate was 41. 95%. Differences of the positive rate of anti-HBs among different regions,age groups and genders were statistically significant(P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The positive rate of anti-HBs of the crowd is relatively low and is far behind the indicators of immune success rate. Improving the immunization coverage of hepatitis B vaccine and immune success rate among the crowd and reducing the susceptible population are the key measures to prevent and control the epidemic situation of hepatitis B.
