摘　　要：目的：了解军队干休所保健人员精神卫生知识知晓率及对精神疾病态度的现状,为进一步开展针对性培训、提高精神卫生服务能力提供理论参考依据。方法：采用方便抽样的方法,选取462名干休所保健人员中进行精神卫生与心理保健知识问卷和精神疾病有关态度问卷调查。结果：军队干休所保健人员精神卫生知识的总体知晓率是83.95%。心理健康知识条目得分较高,精神卫生防治相关基本知识仍缺乏;干休所保健人员对精神疾病态度总得分为（33.87±6.23）分,55.4%的干休所保健人员对精神病患者持负性态度。结论：军队干休所保健人员精神卫生知识总体知晓率较好,但精卫防治基本知识缺乏,对精神病患者持负性态度。Objective：To investigate the current of mental health knowledge and attitude of health protection personnel in a retired cadres retreat,and provide scientific base for us to carry out targeted training and improve mental health service.Methods：By randomizing method,a total of 462 health protection personnel were administered with questionnaires of mental health knowledge and attitude.Results：The awareness rate of mental health knowledge was83.95%,the score of mental health knowledge entry was higher,the basic acknowledge of health prevention and control was still lacking;The score of the attitude of mental health questionnaire was（33.87±6.23）,55.6% of health protection personnel had a negative attitude toward mental illness.Conclusion：Health care workers in the retired cadres have good awareness of mental health knowledge,however,they are less aware of the causes and prevention of mental illness and have a negative attitude toward psychosis.
