摘　　要：目的探讨提眉同时通过自体脂肪注射矫正上睑凹陷的临床效果。方法经脐下缘或大腿内侧抽取脂肪经过静置、离心处理;经眉下切口将脂肪按照多点多层次原则注射到眶隔内,每侧眶隔内注射脂肪1~2 ml;按提眉方法缝合皮肤。结果本组共12例患者,术后随访3~10个月。上睑皮肤下垂和上睑凹陷畸形均得到矫正,患者对矫正效果较满意。结论经眉下切口在行提眉术的同时行自体脂肪眶隔内移植方法可行,效果较好;在直视下进行脂肪注射,更容易掌握注射层次,减少了并发症的发生。Objective To explore the efficacy of autologous adipose transplantation through an incision under the eyebrowin the correction of upper eyelid depression. Methods The adipose tissue was harvested from the abdomen through umbilicus incision or from the inner side of the thigh. The adipose tissue was purified by standing and centrifugation. Autologous adipose was injected into the orbital septum according to the principle of multiple points and layers, from 1 to 2 ml of each side. The skin was sutured through eyebrow lifting.Results Twelve patients were followed up from 3 to 10 months. The ptosis and depression of the upper eyelid were corrected. All patients were satisfied with the results. Conclusion It is feasible to perform adipose transplantation through incision under the eyebrow when carrying out eyebrow lifting. As the adipose tissue can be transplanted under direct vision, it is easier to grasp the injection layer and obtain good results. This method also reduces the incidence of complications.
