摘 要:目的应用涡流动力筛选技术洗涤和筛选吸脂获取的脂肪,评估筛选后脂肪组织团的体积和结构完整性。方法选择10例女性腹部吸脂患者,每例获取20 ml脂肪,平均分为两份。实验组采用涡流动力筛选技术处理脂肪组织;对照组采用普通离心法处理脂肪组织。应用伊红溶液对活体脂肪组织进行染色,采用Image J软件分析脂肪团横截面积分析。结果实验组和对照组的脂肪团直径平均值分别为2.0330 mm和2.5580 mm;标准差分别为0.2352 mm和2.0805 mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用涡流动力筛选技术能够有效洗涤和筛选目标脂肪团,并保持脂肪组织完整结构和活性,具有潜在临床应用前景。Objective To wash and screen the adipose tissue obtained from liposuction with a novel vortex filter technique. To evaluate the volume and structural integrity of the adipose tissue mass after screening. Methods Ten females who underwent abdominal liposuction were selected. In each case, 20 ml fat was obtained and separated into two groups. In the experimental group, a novel vortex filter technique was used to screen the adipose tissue. In the control group, the adipose tissue was treated with ordinary centrifugation. The living adipose tissue was stained with eosin, and the cross-sectional area of the adipose tissue mass was analyzed by Image J software. Results The average diameter of adipose tissue mass in the control group was(2.5580±2.0805) mm. In the experimental group, the average diameter was(2.0330±0.2352) mm. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The novel vortex filter technique can effectively wash and screen target adipose tissue mass and maintain the complete structure and viability of adipose tissues. It has potential prospect in clinical application.
