摘　　要：简要介绍了海洋业务专网整合的背景,回顾了网络整合工作的总体思路、工作难点、技术线路和组织实施情况,分析了网络整合的效益。在此基础上,思考提出了信息化整合工作中的组织领导、顶层设计与细化落实、增量与存量、设施整合与队伍整合等几个值得重视的问题。This paper briefly introduces the background of oceanic private network integration, reviews the general design idea,difficulties, technical roadmap and implementation of the plan, and analyzes benefits of the network integration. Then it brings forward several key issues of the integration： organizing and leadership, top-level design, detailed implementation, allocation of increment and inventory, integration of facility and personnel, and provides corresponding proposals.
