摘　　要：由于电子芯片生产厂房的工艺及特殊的空气洁净度要求,一般多会采用大开孔率华夫板作为建筑井字梁或密肋梁板的永久模壳,因此,华夫板施工质量的好坏会影响到工厂洁净功能的发挥。结合工程实际,从排架搭设、华夫板的铺设与钢筋绑扎顺序、超长超宽混凝土水平结构的施工及混凝土收缩裂缝控制、华夫板清理等方面,详细阐述了华夫板的施工工艺和质量控制,可为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。Due to the requirements of the process and special air cleanliness of electronic chip manufacturing plants, high opening rate waffle boards are generally used as the permanent formwork for building cross beam or rib floor. Therefore, good or bad waffle board construction quality will affect the clean function of the factory. Based on engineering practice, the construction process and quality control of waffle board were elaborated in detail, from aspects of the erection of bent frame, the laying of waffle board and the binding order of reinforcing bars, the construction of ultra-long and super-wide concrete horizontal structure and the control of concrete shrinkage crack, the cleaning of waffle boards and so on, which can provide references for similar projects.
